Job summary

C Suite Preferred in Gauteng seeks a Marketing Manager to lead consumer-led growth, strengthen brand equity and drive digital marketing innovation across our multi-market QSR business.

You will shape strategy, lead a team of five, translate insights into commercial opportunities and collaborate with executives, franchise partners and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.

The role requires strategic vision, strong commercial sense and hands-on leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive marketing and brand management experience, preferably in FMCG/QSR/retail or a digitally enabled consumer business.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer insights, CRM, loyalty and omnichannel marketing.

• Define and execute the overarching marketing and growth strategy.
• Strengthen brand equity and drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Translate consumer insights and data into growth opportunities.
