Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation) to build AI-powered marketing systems that reduce manual work and automate complex workflows.

You will work with a consumer brand across Europe, driving omnichannel marketing through automation, process design, and scalable systems. You will embed across Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Brand teams, owning the operating rhythm, automation stack, and measurement of impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Operations or related operational marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution.
• Hands-on automation experience with no‑code/low‑code tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable marketing operating systems.
• Embed across Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Brand teams.
• Own marketing automation ecosystem and standardise tech stack.
• Design and deploy automations for reporting, QA, asset routing, lead management, and lifecycle automation.
• Build executive reporting and measure initiatives by business outcomes.
