Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation) to build AI-powered marketing systems and automate complex workflows.

Remote (CET Time) with full-time hours, collaborating with Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Brand teams to drive scale and efficiency. You will diagnose bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and measure business impact through hours saved, cycle-time reductions, and faster decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Operations or similar roles.
• Hands-on automation with no-code/low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Embed across Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Brand to optimize operations.
• Design and own marketing operating rhythm: briefs, planning cadences, post-campaign reviews, weekly reports.
• Build and deploy AI-powered automations to automate reporting, asset routing, lead management and lifecycle processes.
• Develop executive reporting with BI partner to show hours saved, cycle-time reduction, and decision speed.
• Own end-to-end improvements from diagnosis to implementation and train teams.
