Job summary

Lula is seeking a senior digital marketing leader to scale an in-house paid media engine and optimize the end-to-end online demand funnel. You will own paid search, organic search, and GEO strategies, leading a high-performing team to deliver funded SMEs at sustainable CAC.

Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Analytics, Product, Sales and Credit to align outcomes with business goals and drive continuous improvement across acquisition channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital/performance marketing teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong track record optimizing to deep-funnel outcomes and revenue.
• Experience in lending/fintech or high-consideration leads.
• Conversion optimisation experience with product/engineering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale an in-house paid media engine with profitability.
• Own search, paid and organic; oversee brand-term protection and overlap.
• Drive website and application conversion across mobile and desktop.
• Hire, mentor and lead a high-performing digital team.
• Collaborate with Analytics to drive attribution and geo-lift testing.
