Lula is scaling its customer acquisition through digital channels from Cape Town. You will own paid, organic, and GEO strategies, overseeing end-to-end campaign performance and transitioning agency work in-house.

A data-driven leader will drive optimization, attribution, and a high-performing team across product, analytics, and marketing. You will partner with Brand, CRM, Analytics, and Credit to deliver funded customers at sustainable CAC, with a focus on deep-funnel outcomes and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital or performance marketing.
• 3–5 years leading teams.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta and other channels.
• Track record of optimising to deep-funnel outcomes.
• Experience in lending/fintech or high-consideration leads.
• Experience collaboration with product/engineering for conversion.
• Strong understanding of SEO and AI search.
• Experience bringing agency work in-house.
• Strong commercial/analytical skills with GA4/Mixpanel.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale a profitable in-house paid media engine.
• Hand over paid search from UK agency to in-house team in 3–6 months.
• Own all ad accounts, tracking and data.
• Rebuild media mix around unit economics and CAC.
• Integrate Segment data into Google/Meta/Microsoft Ads for deep-funnel optimization.
• Pivot from channels not meeting target economics.
