Job summary

Lula is seeking a paid search specialist to run our accounts day to day across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, taking over from the current agency and rebuilding for quality and funded customers. You will audit structure, tracking, keywords, audiences, and spend; optimise for cost per funded customer; collaborate with Analytics and HubSpot to feed outcomes back into bidding and reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful monthly budgets.
Experience in lead generation, preferably in financial services, lending, fintech or insurance.
Experience optimising to down-funnel outcomes, such as offline conversion imports, value-based bidding or CRM-linked conversions.

Responsibilities

Take over Lula's paid search accounts day to day (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads).
Audit account structure, tracking, keywords, audiences and spend; recommend what to keep, fix or stop.
Improve lead quality and protect Lula's brand terms.
Run structured tests on ads, bidding strategies and landing pages; collaborate with CRO and Product teams.
Build and maintain clear reporting from spend through to funded customers; present weekly.
