The role focuses on strategy, paid campaign optimisation, audience targeting, partner collaboration, and data-driven ROI improvements to move prospects through the pipeline and enhance conversion journeys.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, growth marketing or digital sales.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
• Proven experience with paid digital campaigns and lead generation.
• Experience managing agencies or external suppliers.
• CRM and sales-pipeline experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the digital customer acquisition strategy.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns across relevant digital channels.
• Identify target audiences and opportunities for growth.
• Work with external marketing and creative partners to deliver campaigns.
• Analyse campaign, lead and sales data to improve ROI.
• Own lead-generation processes and ensure effective qualification and follow-up.
• Work closely with sales to move prospects through the pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for automation, nurturing and conversion optimisation.
• Track acquisition costs, conversion rates, pipeline value and revenue contribution.
• Continuously test, measure and improve the customer journey.
