Job summary

Wonga is seeking a customer analytics specialist to grow our customer base by understanding the lending lifecycle and influencing behavior with data-driven insights.

You will build predictive models, segment customers, and partner with Marketing, Credit, and Product teams to improve retention and lifetime value. Strong SQL and Python/R skills, plus experience with dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in customer analytics, CRM, or marketing analytics
• Strong SQL and Python/R for modeling
• Experience with customer lifetime value (CLV) or churn models
• Ability to create dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
