Job summary

JUMO is seeking a Customer Data Scientist to join the Customer domain and build models of our customers’ behavior, creditworthiness and affordability. You will create credit scores, affordability measures and segmentation, and surface insights to portfolio teams.

You will collaborate across teams, translate needs into deliverables, and ensure self-service data products for downstream users, while advancing a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative component.
• 3–5 years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Experience in multiple roles and industries preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python data wrangling skills.
• Collaborative mindset with peer learning.
• Ability to interpret problems and distill essentials.
• Familiarity with Git and basic software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, transform, augment and build datasets into features and dimensions.
• Use coding skills to automate processes and enable self-service access.
• Design and develop customer-level models: credit scores, affordability, segmentation, churn.
• Translate stakeholder needs into deliverables for Portfolio teams.
• Derive and communicate insights to stakeholders.
