Job summary

GoTyme Bank seeks a Growth Manager to lead the CLM expansion for its direct-to-consumer SME lending business (Merchant Cash Advance). You will architect scalable lifecycle growth within a Salesforce-centric stack to drive application volume and engagement among SME owners.

The role focuses on building a growth engine, partnering with commercial and data teams, and delivering measurable growth beyond typical CRM tasks.

Qualifications

5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth-led environments.
Experience building or scaling growth frameworks within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience collaborating with implementation agencies and data teams.
Fintech, lending, or SME-focused business experience preferred.
AI & data analytics proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

Design and scale lifecycle journeys to drive awareness, trust, and application intent among SME owners.
Build and expand the direct-to-consumer lending channel through high-velocity engagement frameworks.
Lead full utilisation of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Define lifecycle use cases and deploy scalable automated flows with internal and external teams.
Partner with B2B Data & Automation to define signals and instrumentation for measurement.
