GoTyme ZA (South Africa) seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead the Lending portfolio’s go-to-market strategy and drive adoption in Personal Loans and Credit Card products. You will build and scale a Product Marketing function, partner with Growth, Data, and Brand teams, and shape the operating model for Product PODs across multiple growth initiatives.

Formación

• 6+ years’ experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or product leadership within fintech, digital banking, e-commerce, or digital products.
• Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies for complex financial products with measurable adoption and revenue impact.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling product marketing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own go-to-market strategy and positioning for Lending portfolio—driving adoption with Growth.
• Lead Product Marketing Leads in positioning for Move/Transact, Crypto, Save & Shop portfolios.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product to define operating models and frameworks for Product Marketing.
• Define how Product Marketing scales to support multiple growth engines while maintaining coherence.
• Partner with Growth Strategists to translate market insights into adoption hypotheses and experiments.
• Work with Proposition Owners and Product Owners to ensure positioning informs product priorities.
• Leverage Data & Analytics to identify customer segments and refine go-to-market strategy.
• Establish clear messaging guidelines guiding Brand, Social, PR, and Growth execution.
• Build a high-performing Product Marketing culture focused on clarity and impact.
• Report on adoption velocity and effectiveness to Head of Growth with actionable recommendations.
• Provide strategic counsel to teams consuming product insights.
