Job summary

GoTyme Bank Corporation is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead SME-focused campaigns from planning through execution. You will work across digital, partnerships, content, and events to acquire and grow SME customers, while coordinating timelines, budgets, and cross-functional delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in SME marketing, experience with integrated campaigns, and a Marketing Diploma or Degree.

Qualifications

4 to 6 years experience in SME marketing campaign management.
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Marketing Diploma or Degree.
Experience marketing financial products, lending services, or business funding solutions (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at SME customer acquisition and growth.
Plan integrated campaigns across digital, partnerships, content, and events.
Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and delivery across internal teams and agencies.
Ensure campaigns align with overall brand and commercial objectives.
Collaborate with product, commercial, and digital teams to deliver campaign initiatives.
Manage relationships with agencies and external partners where required.
