GoTyme Bank Corporation seeks a Product Marketing Manager to own the lending portfolio GTM, drive adoption, and build a scalable Product Marketing function within the Growth Team. You will define market strategies, coordinate with Growth, Product, Data, and Brand teams, and lead PMM Leads to deliver coherent, market-driven initiatives.

The role focuses on balancing portfolio ownership, team leadership, and organizational design to accelerate adoption velocity and strategic clarity across product

Qualificações

• 6+ years of product marketing, GTM, or product leadership in fintech or digital banking.
• Proven track record leading GTM strategies for complex financial products with measurable adoption and revenue impact.
• Experience building and scaling product marketing teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, data, growth, and brand teams.
• Experience defining organisational frameworks and scaling marketing functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own go-to-market strategy and positioning for Lend portfolio, driving adoption initiatives.
• Lead Product Marketing Leads in defining positioning for Move/Transact, Crypto, Save & Shop portfolios.
• Collaborate with Head of Growth to define operating model for Product Marketing supporting PODs.
• Define scaling plans for Product Marketing to support multiple growth engines with coherence.
• Partner with Growth Strategists to translate market insights into adoption hypotheses and experiments.
• Ensure positioning informs product priorities with Proposition Owners and Product Owners.
