GoTyme Bank is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own GTM for financial product verticals, translating strategy into compelling positioning and launch plans that resonate with target customers. This senior IC role leads cross-functional collaboration across Growth, Brand, CLM and Communications, without formal authority.

The role focuses on product GTM execution across savings, lending, crypto and other lines, driving messaging consistency and disciplined launch processes to accelerate market

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in product marketing, proposition development, GTM planning or related discipline.
• Experience building product positioning frameworks and executing multi-channel go-to-market plans.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end GTM plan for product launches and significant feature releases.
• Develop launch plans with audience, messaging, channel mix, timing and success metrics.
• Brief and coordinate internal teams and external agencies for launch execution.
• Track and report product launch performance using data and customer feedback.
