Placements24 is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist in Rustenburg to manage and optimize paid online campaigns across Google Ads, social networks, and display networks. You will drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and improve conversions through data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong SEM and social advertising experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Retail/e-commerce exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven experience in planning, executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns (SEM and social).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and other networks.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance and adjust bids, budgets, creatives, and landing pages for optimization.
• Provide regular performance reports (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
• Test new channels and formats to improve campaigns and drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to align ads with brand messaging and strategy.
• Manage budgets across campaigns to maximize impact.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes.
• Work with creatives to produce effective ad copy and visuals.
• Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
