Job summary

Ad Talent Africa is seeking a hands-on Digital Growth Specialist to drive qualified traffic, enquiries and bookings across SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social and Email. You will own SEO strategy, website performance and conversion optimisation while leveraging GA4 analytics to improve CPA and ROI.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, a proven track record in travel-related sectors, and a passionate, hands-on approach. Local market knowledge of Cape Town and Southern Africa is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong experience across SEO, paid media and website optimisation.
• Proven track record of improving traffic, conversion and digital performance.
• Strong GA4, analytics and reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO and AI search.
• Commercial, analytical and highly results-driven.
• Hands-on approach; comfortable working without agencies.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury or e-commerce is advantageous.
• Genuine passion for wildlife, travel and tourism.
• Relevant degree/diploma advantageous; strong practical experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the digital acquisition strategy across SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social and Email.
• Lead SEO, including technical, on-page and content optimisation.
• Own website performance, UX and conversion optimisation.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid media to drive qualified leads and bookings.
• Use GA4 and analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Track and report on traffic, leads, conversion, CPA and ROI.
• Help build visibility across AI and emerging search platforms.
• Work with content, development and agency partners to get things done.
• Test new channels, audiences and ideas to drive digital growth.
