Job summary

Accor is seeking a Reservations Agent for Leisure & Groups in Cape Town to manage guest inquiries and reservations with courtesy and efficiency. You will support the Sales team and ensure room revenue targets are met while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include processing group bookings, inputting reservations, and providing guidance to non-residents. A professional approach to resolving complaints and ensuring VIP procedures are followed is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office Suite computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in call centre environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest enquiries and reservations efficiently and professionally.
• Handle group reservations and communicate with related departments.
• Input reservations and maintain accurate records for the next 3 months.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain the group information sheets and reports as required.
