AfroCentric Group seeks a Senior Manager: Group Finance to lead financial reporting, governance, tax reporting and control for the Corporate Cluster. You will manage a team of accountants, ensuring timely, accurate information for management, board and statutory reporting.

The role requires extensive experience, including CA(SA) qualification, group reporting exposure and strong leadership to drive controls and performance reporting across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant finance experience, including at least 5 years post-articles as a CA(SA).
• 3 years experience leading or directly managing accountants or finance team members.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Corporate Cluster finance, including management accounts, journals and reconciliations.
• Maintain strong financial control environment and review processes.
• Lead preparation and review of tax returns and tax reconciliations.
• Manage internal and external audits and address findings.
• Prepare board/executive reporting packs with analysis and insights.
• Partner with stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
• Direct and develop a team of accountants, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
