Network Finance is seeking a Group Financial Manager to lead group reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance across multiple entities, including international operations. The role drives budgeting, forecasting and financial planning while strengthening controls.

The ideal candidate holds a CA(SA) with 10+ years' finance experience in FMCG/retail, and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering IFRS-compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• 10+ years' relevant finance experience.
• Strong group financial reporting experience.
• Experience in FMCG or Retail is advantageous.
• International exposure across entities/environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and/or Syspro.
• Excellent understanding of IFRS, financial reporting and statutory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Comfortable communicating across different levels of the organisation.

• Managing month-end and year-end reporting processes.
