Job summary

Network Finance in Johannesburg North seeks a CA(SA) with strong group finance and leadership experience to own the financial reporting function across a diverse group of entities.

The Group Financial Manager will lead group reporting, consolidations, month-end close and EXCO packs, partnering with senior leadership to drive insights and robust controls.

You will mentor the finance team and collaborate with business units to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in finance.
• Strong experience in group reporting and consolidations.
• Experience preparing EXCO and senior management reporting packs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group financial reporting function across multiple entities.
• Oversee month-end, year-end and management reporting processes.
• Manage and review consolidations across the group.
• Prepare accurate and insightful management accounts.
• Take ownership of cost of sales management, including analysis and reporting.
• Prepare detailed EXCO packs and provide financial insights to senior management.
• Drive financial controls, reporting accuracy and process improvements.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Partner with business units to support commercial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and group policies.
