Job summary

CA(SA) with 3+ years post-articles is preferred; strong IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel are essential. This is a strategic, non-transactional role offering broad exposure to senior management, auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification with post-articles experience.
• Strong IFRS accounting knowledge and reporting skills.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close across entities.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets and financial reporting.
• Coordinate IFRS-compliant financial statements and audits.
• Liaise with auditors, actuaries, regulators and service providers.
• Oversee regulatory and tax submissions, VAT and tax calculations.
• Maintain strong controls and oversee AUM and payments.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation.
• Support and guide finance team members.
