Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-department hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B).
• Experience developing and managing budgets and analyzing P&L statements to increase profitability.
• Strong knowledge of health/safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Proven ability to mentor, lead and evaluate GM-level staff and drive engagement.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service and resolving escalations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance with food safety, health, labour, and liquor licensing regulations as well as other business licensing.
