Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality seeks a self-motivated operations professional to manage six liquor outlets across the region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, compliance with liquor legislation, and staff scheduling, while driving profitability and guest service.

The successful candidate will have solid liquor retail experience (SAB advantageous), a valid driver’s licence, and a Matric with at least 50% in Math. Live-out position with market-related salary based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational running of six liquor outlets.

• Manage and support staff, stepping in as required.
• Resolve operational and customer problem areas.
• Ensure compliance with shift and public holiday scheduling.

Job description

Core Criteria:

• Previous relevant experience in liquor retail (SAB experience advantageous)
• Valid driver's licence and clean criminal record
• Sound understanding of retail liquor legislation
• Matric with a minimum 50% pass in Mathematics (SG)
• Proven ability to manage staff and multiple outlets independently
