Job summary

Surgo Pty Ltd is seeking a Liquor Store Manager for a team-based role based in Eerste River, Charlesville and Belhar in the Western Cape. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and manage staff performance in a busy retail liquor environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.

Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape. They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic people to support this growth, which includes a Liquor Store Manager position based in Eerste River, Charlesville and Belhar.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Liquor Store Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the store ensuring smooth running of all operations, maximizing sales, and minimizing cost. Allocate and delegate responsibilities to team. Motivation of staff members to perform to maximum capacity. Boost revenue and develop the store.

Responsibilities:

• MStore targets and profitability
• Meet and achieve budgets, targets and maximise profitability
• Front End function Manage and oversee the Front-End function
• Staff Management
• Security, Health, and Safety
• Implement and manage promotional activities
• Perform all administrative functions related to this position.
