• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Experience with ERP/consolidation tools (Hyperion, SAP BPC).

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of financial statements for multiple subsidiaries in IFRS.
• Manage intercompany loan and trade reconciliations and eliminations.
• Prepare complex journal entries, accruals, and provisions for the group close.
• Perform variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts at a group level.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Support the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the group accounting function, focusing on efficiency and automation.
• Mentor and guide junior finance staff for remote collaboration.
