Network Finance is seeking a seasoned Group Finance leader to oversee consolidation and reporting across multiple entities in a fast-moving FMCG/retail environment.

The role requires a CA(SA) with 10+ years in group finance, strong IFRS knowledge, and experience with SAP or Syspro. You will lead budgeting, governance and a high-performing team while partnering with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) with 10+ years of group finance experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and statutory reporting experience.
• Experience with SAP or Syspro and international operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial reporting and consolidation across multiple entities.
• Drive accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Manage the full financial accounting and reporting function.
• Ensure IFRS and statutory compliance.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting processes.
• Manage and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance.
• Support international reporting requirements and group operations.
