Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA/ACCA/CIMA desirable.
• 7+ years in finance operations.
• 3+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Develop, implement internal financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance operations team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the finance function.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
