Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants seeks a senior Group Finance Manager to oversee the Group Finance function across multiple entities, with approximately R4 billion in annual revenue.

You will manage consolidations, reporting, controls and the full audit process, ensuring IFRS compliance and strong governance while leading diverse finance teams and collaborating with treasury and procurement.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive Group Finance and consolidations experience.
• Proven IFRS knowledge and ability to oversee audit processes.
• Experience leading finance teams across multiple entities.
• Strong financial reporting, governance and internal controls.
• Manufacturing/industrial/distribution sector experience preferred.
• Experience in large revenue, cross-border finance advantageous.
• Willing to travel within Africa as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Group Finance across entities and divisions.
• Manage financial responsibility for a group with ~R4 billion revenue.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Lead Group consolidation process and reporting.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and effective internal controls.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, audit process and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors and central support functions.
