Amaro Foods is seeking a senior Maintenance Manager to design, implement and maintain equipment and facilities across the group. You will establish maintenance strategies, oversee CMMS data, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to executive leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in engineering with 5+ years in maintenance management and 6-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG. Strong project management and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Develop maintenance strategies for equipment across the group.
• Manage development of technical engineering strategies, documents, contracts, processes and specifications.
• Strategic design and implementation of a facilities and equipment plan for the division.
• Responsible for tactics and strategy of Asset Care across the group.
• Provide relevant monthly reporting.
• Identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiencies.
• Manage maintenance resources and budgets.
