Take overall responsibility for ensuring the optimal condition, reliability, and availability of all plant and equipment.
Drive preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Investigate recurring failures through root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
Lead and manage diverse functions including Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Refrigeration, Building/Plumbing, and Planning.
Provide strong technical and operational leadership to Maintenance Foremen and the Maintenance Planner.
Develop and uphold maintenance standards for critical assets, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the maintenance and reliability of electrical infrastructure, refrigeration systems, and critical utilities.
Manage maintenance-related capital projects, equipment selection, and plant modifications.
Ensure compliance with all safety, electrical, refrigeration, and engineering standards.
Control maintenance expenditure and collaborate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in maintenance management within manufacturing or food and beverage industries.
