Job summary

Pillangó Placements is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Limpopo, South Africa, to lead the maintenance function for a large-scale food manufacturing facility. You will ensure reliability, availability and safe operation of plant equipment while driving uptime improvements.

You will manage a technical team and coordinate planning, projects and contractors, implementing preventative strategies and root-cause analyses to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum T3 / N5 technical qualification.
• Proven experience managing maintenance in a high-capacity industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Registered/appointed as a GMR 2.1 responsible person.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or similar industries.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
