Job summary

Amaro Foods is seeking a dynamic Administrative Maintenance Assistant for our Epping Facility. The role focuses on CMMS data capturing, stock counts, and purchasing assistance to support the maintenance team.

You will aid the maintenance manager with admin tasks, ensure accurate data entry in CMMS, and help manage stock, parts, and supplier information in ERP and M-Files.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 1 year maintenance experience.
• 1 year administration experience.
• Experience with Pragma CMMS is advantageous.

• Verify asset data and closed job cards in CMMS.
• Capture PMs and work lists in CMMS.
• Capture and verify stock movements in storerooms.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, task-oriented and driven individuals to join our Maintenance Team at Amaro Foods at our Epping Facility.

PURPOSE

To assist the maintenance manager and supervisor with admin related tasks and data capturing. Focus will be on the admin assistance, CMMS data capturing, stock counts, and purchasing assistance.

KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS

• Recording of data into CMMS (recording and completion)
• Verification of asset data periodically
• Verification of closed job cards on CMMS
• Capturing of PM and work lists on CMMS
• Ensure that both hard and soft library is maintained for all manuals of the sites assets
• Capturing and verification of all stock movement into and out of the storerooms
• Ensure all purchasing items are completed and approved (on M-Files)
• Receive parts onto our ERP system
• Maintain supplier contact details and ensure that they are kept up to date
• Ensure copies of the purchasing process are stored and maintained for future reference
• Place received parts into the storeroom
• Ensure that parts are stored correctly in their bin locations with the correct parts
• Ensure that discrepancies are reported to the Maintenance Manager
• Complete stock counts
• Comply with the relevant legislation requirements and food safety regulations

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Matric
• 1 years’ maintenance experience
• 1 years’ administration experience
• Prior experience Pragma (CMMS system) advantageous
