Job summary

NDC Personnel seeks an seasoned engineering leader to manage maintenance, utilities, CAPEX projects and safety systems in a food processing environment. You will apply mechanical engineering expertise, drive continuous improvement, oversee boiler operations and water reticulation, and manage capital projects to support operations and compliance.

Candidates should hold a BEng and be in the process of obtaining GCC (Factories), with 2–3 years leading a large team of qualified artisans.

Qualifications

• BEng degree required; GCC (Factories) in progress or completed.
• 2–3 years of experience managing a large team of artisans.
• Experience in FMCG or agri-food processing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, utilities and CAPEX projects in a food plant.
• Ensure safety systems and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Manage budgets, costing and long-term infrastructure planning.
