Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in airline ground operations, ramp handling, or a related airport role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in aviation management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all ground handling operations for assigned flights, including baggage loading/unloading, passenger boarding, and aircraft servicing.
• Ensure adherence to airline procedures, safety regulations, and punctuality targets.
• Liaise effectively with flight crews, ground staff, maintenance personnel, and other relevant departments.
• Monitor aircraft turnaround times and take corrective actions to ensure on-time performance.
• Manage the allocation of ground equipment and resources to meet operational demands.
• Conduct regular safety checks and inspections of the ramp area.
• Maintain accurate records of all ground operations activities.
• Respond to operational disruptions and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
