Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Ground Operations Supervisor to oversee all ground handling activities at our Rustenburg facility. You will lead a team, ensure safety and efficiency of baggage handling, aircraft marshalling, passenger boarding, and cargo loading, and maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a supervisory role within airport ground operations, with strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of safety protocols

You will lead a team of ground handling agents, fostering a culture of safety, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the ground handling team, ensuring all operational tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
