Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal management.
• Experience with proposal management software/tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent communication; collaboration and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal process from receipt of an RFP to submission.
• Coordinate proposal efforts with stakeholders to reflect SITA's capabilities and customer requirements.
• Review and edit proposal drafts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with formatting and submission guidelines.
