Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6–24 months IT support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Strong customer service and problem ownership.
• Ability to work in a team and build relationships.
• Installation and configuration experience for end-user apps.
• CompTIA A+ knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SLA with prompt client support
• Manage incidents for internal and external customers
• Follow installation guidelines and best practices
• Maintain service operation availability with proper system configuration
• Utilize tools and equipment for installation, intervention, and repairs
• Escalate unresolved issues as needed
• Conduct preventive maintenance and monitor systems
• Provide onsite user support during service cutovers
