You will provide first-level technical support to users, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and assist with setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff.
• Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
