Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and waste reduction.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze production data to track KPIs such as throughput, yield, and downtime.
  • Participate in time studies and workflow analysis to improve labor and equipment utilization.
  • Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to support operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to special projects related to automation, layout optimization etc

What will you be doing?

We have an exciting learning opportunity for a Graduate: Industrial Engineering, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:

  • Assist in analyzing production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and waste reduction.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze production data to track KPIs such as throughput, yield, and downtime.

Requirements

Entry:

  • Grade 12
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field

Programme:

  • Perform all tasks communicated and required
  • Required to work a 5-day week & overtime as required.
