Job summary

Premier FMCG is offering a 12-month Learning & Development graduate programme at our Midrand corporate office. You will gain exposure to LD administration, training processes, and vendor payments while supporting the national LD structure.

Develop skills in Excel, data analysis, planning and teamwork. The programme may involve travel to other sites and across regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12, with a diploma or degree in Industrial Psychology or HRM.
• Experience with LD administration systems and training processes is desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data in numbers.

Responsibilities

• Assist LD administration and system management (Payspace, Moodle, LMS, GP).
• Support LD processes such as Training, SETAs, and Bursaries.
• Process payments for vendors, training providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate training records on the learning database.
• Demonstrate time management, planning, organizing and teamwork.

What will you be doing?

We have an exciting learning opportunity for a Learning & Development graduate, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:

• LD administration and systems (e.g. Payspace, Moodle, LMS, GP)
• LD process understanding and application (e.g. Training, SETAs, Busaries)
• Payment process for vendors, training providers, and internal stakeholders
• Accurate and up-to-date training records on the learning database
• Time management, planning, organising, teamwork and conflict management

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Completed a Diploma/ Degree in: Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Management and related fields
• Driver's license (advantageous)
• This is a 12-month graduate programme based at our Corporate Office, working across the regions reporting to the Manager: LD Program & Projects
• Will at times support the national learning & development structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.
• May be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
