Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a lean mindset.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and basic industrial engineering tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and waste reduction.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze production data to track KPIs such as throughput, yield, and downtime.
• Participate in time studies and workflow analysis to improve labor and equipment utilization.
• Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to support operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to special projects related to automation, layout optimization etc
