You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships while identifying upsell opportunities and sharing customer feedback with product and sales teams.

Qualifications

• A recent degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
