Job summary

Placements24 in Durban is seeking a proactive Customer Success Associate to nurture client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure outcomes aligned with client goals. You will partner with Sales and Product teams to advocate for customers and support growth in the Durban office.

You will onboard new clients, monitor usage, identify upsell opportunities, handle inquiries promptly, and conduct regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
• Monitor client usage and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and value realization.
