Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a skilled CCTV Controller to monitor and operate CCTV systems at our Tokai site in the Western Cape. The role focuses on maintaining security by detecting suspicious activity and coordinating with security personnel.

The ideal candidate holds a PSIRA license (Grade A-B) and has prior experience as a Senior CCTV Controller, with strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Psira Certificate (Grade A-B) required.
• Minimum previous experience as Senior CCTV Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV technology and systems.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Familiarity with CCTV surveillance laws and SOPs.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Controller to monitor and operate our closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our premises by effectively monitoring and controlling CCTV cameras to detect any suspicious behavior or security breaches. The CCTV Controller will work closely with security personnel and report any incidents or issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple CCTV screens and cameras to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches
• Operate cameras to focus on specific areas or individuals
• Report any incidents, issues, or unusual activities to security personnel or relevant authorities
• Maintain accurate records of all CCTV activities and incidents
