Job summary

The role demands experience as a Senior CCTV Controller, a PSIRA Grade A-B certificate, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Valid PSIRA Certificate (Grade A-B) required.
• Experience as Senior CCTV Controller or similar role.
• Strong CCTV technology knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Familiarity with CCTV laws, regulations and SOPs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple CCTV screens to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Operate cameras to focus on specific areas or individuals.
• Report incidents to security personnel or authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of CCTV activities and incidents.
• Conduct regular checks of CCTV equipment for proper functioning.
• Assist security personnel in troubleshooting CCTV systems.
• Coordinate with law enforcement during investigations as required.
