Responsibilities

• Provide a Compliance Function for the Division.
• Conduct regular assessments on the Division's status of compliance on regulatory and legal requirements.
• Ensure that consistent and transparent Governance is maintained.
• Ensure an efficient secretariat, documentation and reporting function.
• Facilitate the negotiations and implementation of SLAs with service providers.
• Ensure proper identification and treatment of compliance risks.
