Job summary

The successful candidate will define strategy, conduct risk assessments, monitor regulatory changes and deliver targeted training while supporting inquiries and incident remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher with focus on compliance or data protection.
• Experience implementing and maintaining a Compliance Management System.
• Ability to advise business stakeholders and management on compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and improve the local Compliance Management System in line with governance and legal requirements.
• Define the local compliance strategy and perform compliance risk assessments for country-specific risks.
• Monitor legal requirements and trends; implement compliance processes, controls, tools and IT systems.
• Prepare and deliver compliance communications, training and coaching for local needs.
• Manage compliance inquiries, incidents and remediation including sanctions where applicable.
• Perform regular compliance reporting and advise employees and management.
• Coordinate with Group governance, authorities, auditors, and external counsel on compliance matters.
