Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Compliance Manager to lead our Pretoria compliance program. This role requires overseeing regulatory adherence, drafting robust policies, and fostering an integrity-driven culture company-wide within South Africa's administrative capital.

You will advise senior management on compliance matters, manage audits, training, and liaison with regulators and auditors, ensuring the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries.

Qualifications

• Law or finance/business degree required.
• Minimum 6 years in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of SA financial regulations and governance.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
