About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to manage product data and support operational processes. This role involves working across multiple teams to ensure accurate product records, pricing, and fulfillment activities, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate product records and structures in internal systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather key details and timelines.
  • Manage pricing updates and maintain audit-ready pricing records.
  • Provide data and knowledge support to internal teams for product records, pricing, and subscription shipments.
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage stock levels, resolve shipment issues, and support month-end activities.
  • Activate eStore and eBook product records through effective collaboration.
  • Communicate product availability and lifecycle updates to Finance, Editorial, Sales, and other teams.
  • Conduct testing and data validation for new product launches and system enhancements.
  • Review data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Requirements
  • Experience in data management, pricing operations, or order fulfillment in a business environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics or inventory coordination is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tools.
