DevologyX is a Global Tech Talent Solutions Partner focusing on sourcing and building high-performing tech teams across EMEA and beyond. We seek a Delivery Consultant to support end-to-end candidate delivery, from initial outreach to onboarding, working with the Delivery Lead and Sourcing teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, attention to detail, and a people-first, human-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and note taking.
• Proactive, self-driven with a good work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery for candidates across multiple clients.
• High-volume candidate outreach via multiple channels.
• Help shortlisted candidates move through recruitment pipeline efficiently.
• Coordinate with Sourcing to align candidate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in internal tools and SOPs.
